The Naked Cowboy was in the East Village tonight. It seemed a bit off his beaten path in Times Square. He was accompanied by a woman all in white including white lights on her shirt and hat. Half a block down, I had to hop, skip and jump over horse poop; evidently one only has to curb your dog in nyc, but horses are above the law.
