These two lovelies were just leaving a cafe on W. 4th. I said, "Girls, would you like to be on my blog?" They were more than thrilled. The one on the right said, that his friend was in from Kansas, and he/she was showing him/her the city. They had taken a Greyline Tour. The tourists are now the circus. What you can't see in this photo are their white tights and shoes. It made sense when the one on the right said, "I am eight." Obviously, because female over the age of 13 knows never to wear white tights and shoes after labor day (I contend that white should never be worn below the waist unless you are under 10).
